JAMES L. IANNONE has been practicing law since 1999. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney's Office, where he tried felony cases and handled appeals in New York State and Federal Courts. Mr. Iannone concentrates his practice on civil and criminal litigation, appellate practice, real estate, land use and zoning. He is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York, as well as the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
